At
University Fountains, residents can enjoy programs including safety
awareness, educational topics and social events. Also, University
Fountains has great amenities and apartment features which complement
any lifestyle.
Individual leases are offered for the benefit of
both parents and students. Each student is responsible for his/her own
contract in the event that a roommate moves out. You may review a
sample contract or access a copy of the parent/sponsor guaranty on the
Forms page of our website. If your child cannot fulfill his or her
lease for any reason, he or she will need to find a replacement.
University Fountains does allow subletting; however the original leasee
will be responsible in the event of that person defaulting on the lease.
